What happens in a Yoga Class?
I teach Hatha Yoga which includes the following:
Asanas - the physical postures which provide the body with a gentle stretch.
Pranayama - yogic breathing that helps to cleanse and nourish the body by channeling prana or energy.
Relaxation techniques - help to recharge both the physical body and the mind.
Simple meditation - helps to balance the mind and move towards experiencing inner peace.
